To place a footnote in a scribe document, use the @Foot command, like this:

	Here is a footnote@Foot(this is a footnote) in running text

Scribe will automatically generate a number where the @Foot command is, and
place the text at the bottom of the page.

Scribe also supports endnotes which will print at the end of the document,
generated by the @Note command.  @Note is used exactly like @Foot.
