To set the margins for your Scribe document, use the LeftMargin, RightMargin,
TopMargin, and BottomMargin attributes of the @Style command.  Any or all of
them may be used.  They may only be specified at the beginning of the
document.  If any are not specified, the default, which depends on the
document type, will be used.

For example, to change the left margin to 1.1 inches and the top margin to 3
centemeters, use the command:

	@Style(LeftMargin 1.1 inches, TopMargin 3cm)
