In order to run Frame type the following:

	add frame
	maker

It takes several minutes for the inital window to pop up.  If you are
starting a new document, click on "NEW" and select an appropriate
template.

For additional information on Frame, there are copies of the manuals
in the documentation racks in each public cluster, as well as copies
in the consultants office (1st floor N42) which you are welcome to
look at.  A general document on using Frame is available from Copy
Tech (11-004) for a small fee.
