If you want to keep a word from being hyphenated, the easiest thing to do
is enclose in an mbox, like so:

	The last word here will not be \mbox{hyphenated}.

To suppress hyphenation in your entire document, place the command:

	\pretolerance=10000

before your \begin{document}.  Note, though, this may result in many
underfull and overfull box warnings when processing your document.
