The OLC stock answers for Linux and NetBSD have been removed, as they
were several years out of date.  Additionally, this topic no longer
exists in the OLC system.  

If you have a question on Linux-Athena (Athena 9.0/RedHat 7.3 and
above), you probably want to look in the private_ws topic, since those
are Private Athena Workstations.  

If you have a question on SIPB-Athena (Athena 8.4 and below), you
should contact linux-help@mit.edu.  Please note that is not an IS&T
list nor is an official support channel.  Additionally, SIPB-Athena
Linux is many years out of date, and has not had security patches
applied in a long time.  We recommend disconnecting any such systems
from the network immediately and replacing them with something newer.

If you have a question on NetBSD or NetBSD-Athena, you may refer to
the community support list netbsd-help@mit.edu.  Please note that is
not an IS&T list nor is an official support channel.  Additionally,
NetBSD-Athena is many years out of date, and has not had security
patches applied in a long time.  We recommend disconnecting any such
systems from the network immediately and replacing them with something
newer.
