If you get an error message like the following when you are using the "inc"
command to incorporate new mail:

	inc: unable to write 64: Error 109

this means that you are most likely over quota.  To check this, type:

	quota -v

If you are over quota, this means you will not be able to incorporate any
new mail until you go back under quota.
