If there are problems with your printed output, such as smudges, crooked printing, or extra marks on the page, we'll gladly give you a refund. Just submit the pages in question, along with a "Project Athena Printing Refund Form" to a User Accounts Consultant in 4-070. We'll adjust your account, and report the problem with the printer or the software. The forms are available in the Athena Consultants' office (1st floor N42), and at the Accounts Consultants' Office (also 1st floor N42). When you notice a problem with a printer, you should also notify the Athena Hardware Hotline so they can repair it. They can be reached at 3-1410, or by sending mail to "hotline@mit.edu".
