The command for creating a new window is 'xterm'.  Just type:

	xterm &

In a few moments, the mouse pointer will change to an inverted "L" with a
flashing box attached to it.  Move the mouse pointer to where you want the
upper-left corner of the new window.

To make the window appear on the screen, you need to press one of the mouse
buttons.  To make the window 80 columns wide and 24 rows high, press the left
mouse button.  To make the window 80 columns wide and as high as the entire
screen, press the right mouse button.  If you want a size other than one of
these, press middle button, and while still holding it down, stretch the
flashing box to the desired size.  Then release the button.

Note: If your workstation's mouse only has two buttons, pressing both buttons
simultaneously has the same effect as pressing the middle button.
