@device(postscript) @style(spacing 1, spread 1, size 14) @tabset(3 inches) @center(@b(@c(HOW TO RESERVE THE ATHENA ROOM))) To reserve the Course XIII Athena room (7-321), call me (Ian) at x3-0050. You will be most likely to get me during my office hours (posted in 7-321). Alternately, leave a note with all relevent information, and how I can contact you on the "blackboard" in the room, or on my desk. I @i(@u(@b(must))) be notified at least three days (and preferably a week) in advance. If more than two hours are to be reserved in one block, I must be given a full week notice. If there are no objections to the reservation (which will be posted in the room, on the door, and on the bulletin board near headquarters) for two full days after posting, the room will then be reserved. If you have reserved a room, then your class has priority use of all equipment over any other users. If any extra terminals are available they, of course, can be used quietly by other people. When you request a reservation, I will need to know: Subject: Prof: Prof.'s phone and room #: Date(s) needed: Time(s) needed: # of terminals needed:
