FORGING A CREATION GATE.

Scribe a white circle..

Within the circle, have arranged equidistantly along its perimeter a
piece of molded clay, a candle, a clear glass globe with pure fresh
air sealed inside, and a silver goblet with pure rain water.

In the center of the circle, have a flawless clear crystal of at least one
cubic foot in volume suspended (mechanically or otherwise) at least three 
feet off the ground.

Beneath the crystal, place a being ready to give birth.

Stay within the circle, tracing its perimeter clockwise with glowstone
while reciting the Chant of Warding, inclusive.

Wait within the Circle until midnight, on the night of the Stellar Equinox.

***at midnight, time will STOP outside of the circle.

Perform the Ritual of Charging (cf) upon each of the four elements.  

***They will be replaced by smoke, ash, a globe of vacuum, and a
goblet of dust.  When the last is achieved, labor will begin.  

When the baby is delivered, perform again the Ritual of Charging.  Take the 
charged crystal in one hand and recite the Chant of Tualohic Opening.

***A large glowing rent will appear in space.

Cast the crystal into the hole.

***It will strike and turn into a crystalline door, sealed.  There will be 
a cube with a tetrahedron imbedded within it, with the symbols of fire, 
earth, air, water and creation at the vertices, sticking slightly out of the 
door.

Remove the cube.  

OPTIONAL:  cast a personal lock over the opening.

Undo the circle, reversing the Ritual of Warding.

DESTROYING A CREATION GATE.

OPTIONAL:  scribe and Ward (Inclusive) a circle around the Gate.

(if necessary): undo whatever personal locks have been placed on the opening.

Insert the cube into the door, pull the door out.

***the door will turn into a charged crystal in your hand, the rent in space
will be open.  If no Ward has been created, magic is loosed upon the land.

Recite the Chant of Tualohic Opening backwards.

***The rent will heal.  From the crystal will spring fire, stone, air and 
water.  There is also the life-energy of a soul, with no experience, that
will depart the crystal when a suitable receptacle shows up.  The Gate is 
no more.

HELLGATE.

Bloodstone for glowstone, black circle and crystal, and the following:
a blooded metal blade, a goblet of poison, a trapped wind, a chunk of 
Fire-essence (potent explosive), and a sacrificial victim.  Recite the 
chant of Chthonic opening.  replace birth with death.  Otherwise as above.
