@b(Description:) This spell generates a burst of power that will stun
its target, rendering whatever limb it strikes useless for 15 minutes
and producing unconsciousness for that time if it strikes the head or
torso.  If the victim is struck unconscious, when he awakens he will
be blinded.  Use of the spell requires a focusing talisman that
directs the flow of energies.  @i(GM's Note: Use a Patrol Dart gun.)
