@b(Description:) This spell, when cast, causes the caster to radiate
an increased, nearly tangible aura of power.  While the spell is activated, 
he may calm or excite an audience, causing them to cease fighting and
listen calmly or to become agitated and stop listening altogether.  Also, 
all attacks against the caster are at -3 on Martial Attack.
