Importing an iCalendar file

From the File menu, select Import Data.
Select iCalendar file from the Type list, select the appropriate file from the File Selection dialog box, and click OK.
In the Import section of the Import iCalendar file dialog box, select the types of entries you want to import.
In the Period section, set the period for which you want to import data. Select one of the following options:
- All: Imports all the entry types you selected in the Import section, regardless of when they occur.
- From: Imports the entries you selected that occur during the date range you specify.
- Previous: Imports the entries you selected that occur during the time period you specify.
