Displaying refused entries

1. From the Tools menu, select Options.

2. Expand In-tray, then select Refused.

3. Select one of the following options:
   • Show Entries dated from today to the next: If you select this option, you must also choose a unit and period of time. Any entries outside the date range you specify are not displayed in your In-tray.

   • Show Entries dated from today onward: If you select this option, all upcoming entries that you refuse are displayed in your In-tray.
