Importing data

There are several types of files that you can use for importing Agenda and Address Book data: vCalendar files, iCalendar files, vCard files, comma-delimited text files for Address Books, and tab-delimited text files for Address Books.

From the File menu, select Import Data.
Select the type of file from which you are importing data. Depending on the file format, you can import Agenda data, Address Book data, or both.
Click OK to open the dialog box that enables you to select which entry types you would like to import and for which date range.
