Setting your download preferences

1. From the Tools menu, select Options, then select Offline.

2. Select the Download tab.

Setting a range of entries to download

You can download all entries occurring between a specific time period or you can choose to download all your Agenda entries. If you want to download entries from a specific date range, enter the appropriate date period.

NOTE: A long date range may result in a slower download.

Selecting download prompting options

In the Options area, select one of the following:

• Automatically download

• Prompt before downloading

• Do not download

You can also select:

• Prompt before switching offline or online if network connection is lost or restored: You are prompted before switching offline or online when you are disconnected from and reconnected to the calendar server.

• Automatically change the offline password to match the online password: If your passwords are different, your offline password will be automatically changed to match your online password when you perform a download.
