Displaying refused entries

1. From the Tools menu, select Options, then select In-Tray.

2. Select the Refused tab.

3. Select one of the following options:
   • Show Entries dated from today to the next: If you select this option, you must also choose a unit and period of time. Any entries outside the date range you specify are not displayed in your In-tray.

   • Show Entries dated from today onwards: If you select this option, all upcoming entries that you refuse are displayed in your In-tray.
