1. From the Tools menu, select Options.

2. Expand Entry Defaults, then select Day Events (or Daily Notes).

Access levels determine if other users can view daily notes or day events, or how much information they are allowed to see.

• You can set default reminders for your daily notes and day events.

• The Display upcoming for reminder is displayed for the specified number of days before the event.

• There are three types of Remind me reminders: pop-up, e-mail, or wireless. You can select more than one type of reminder.
