The Address Book View
(Agenda View | click the Address Book button)
The Address Book View is where you manage all the contacts whose information
you have stored.
Modifying the view

Click the Show editing pane button, which is an arrow pointing to the left,
in order to show the Address Book Entry Editor. Click on the Hide editing
pane button, which is an arrow pointing to the right, in order to hide
the Address Book Entry editor. When you select an Address Book Entry from
a folder, the editing pane displays all available information about that
Entry.

Click on a folder in the alphabetical list to open and close it. You can
also click on the Open all folders and Close all folders buttons in order
to open or close all folders at the same time.

Click on a column title to sort Address Book Entries by that column.

Go to View | Columns to change the columns displayed in this view and to
change the way the alphabetical list of folders is displayed. Go to View
| Sort to change the order of sorting criteria, and go to File | Address
Book | Properties | select an Address Book | OK | User-defined fields to
specify other information that you would like your Address Book to include.
Manipulating Entries

Edit an Entry by double-clicking it or by selecting the Address Book Entry
when the Address Book Entry Editor is open.

Create a new Entry by clicking the New Address Book Entry button on the
Toolbar.
Filters

Select View | Set Filter to customize
the amount of information displayed in your Address Book.

Select View | Remove Filter to remove the filter and return to your regular
Address Book View.
Bookmarks

Select Edit | Add Bookmarks to add a Bookmark to the selected Entry. When
printing your Address Book, you can choose to print only marked Entries.

Select Edit | Remove Bookmarks to delete a Bookmark from the selected Entry.

Select Edit | Next Bookmark to skip to the next Bookmarked Entry.
