Choose the type of file from which you are importing data. Depending on the file format, you can import Agenda data, Address Book data or both. Click your selection to see its description, which is written below the list box. Click OK to open the dialog that will allow you to select which Entry types you would like to import in your selected format, and for which date range.
There are several types of files that you can use for importing data:
vCalendar files, iCalendar files, comma-delimited text files for Address
Books, tab-delimited text files for Address Books and vCard files.
