Reconciling your On-line and Off-line Agendas

When you work in both your on-line and off-line Agendas, it is possible that some Entries will be created, edited or deleted in one Agenda but that the changes won't be made in the other. Making your On-line Agenda and Off-line Agenda consistent with one another is done through a process called reconciliation .

Depending on the settings that you have entered in Tools | Options | Off-line | Reconciliation, you may be asked if you would like to reconcile the Entries of your two Agendas when you log onto your On-line Agenda.

When your On-line and Off-line Agendas are not consistent with one another, the Host Reconciliation dialog will appear when you log onto the On-line Agenda. Click Yes if you would like to update your Agendas. The reconciliation process will take several seconds to complete.

If there are any conflicting Entries, you will be asked to resolve the conflicts between your On-line and Off-line Agendas.
