Managing Entries in the In-tray
All Entries, including instances of a repeating Entry, are displayed in
chronological order in the In-tray.
You can check if a Meeting causes a conflict in your schedule by selecting
the Meeting, right-clicking and selecting Check Conflicts from the pop-up
menu. When you right-click, you can also use the pop-up menu to cut, copy,
delete, view, reschedule, accept or refuse an Entry, open a Group View
or send an e-mail message.
The In-tray allows you to manipulate Entries by dragging them from one
folder to another.
Double-clicking an Entry will have different results,
depending on what type of Entry it is:
If you own the Entry:
The Edit Entry dialog box appears, allowing you to modify the Entry as
you would in your Agenda.
If you do not own the Entry:
The View Entry dialog box appears, allowing you to view the Entry information.
If it is a Repeating Entry:
You will see a list of instances for the Entry.
You can change your response to all instances of a Repeating Entry by
right-clicking on the unexpanded Entry and selecting the appropriate reply
through the pop-up menu.
