Decide how you would like to display the hours in your Agenda. Pick a start time, an end time and a time interval. Pick the day on which you would like to start the Week View and decide whether to include Saturday and Sunday. Choose a color-coding scheme for your Meetings in this dialog box or by choosing View menu | Meeting Colors.

Agenda Preferences | Notification

Allow people to notify you of new Entries by e-mail:

If you select this option, your name will be included by default on the list of attendees when a user sends out a mail message.

Show pop-up window when you have new Entries:

If you select this option, pop-up windows will notify you when you have a new Entry.

Check for new Entries every __ minutes:

If you select this option, the Agenda will check for new Entries at the time interval that you specify.

Entries you send:

If you select any of the options in this section, you will be prompted to send e-mail whenever you create, edit or delete an Entry.

Agenda Preferences | Wireless Settings

Depending on the calendar server you are connected to, you may be able to set wireless preferences. NOTE: If you are using Oracle Collaboration Suite, you cannot set your wireless preferences through Oracle Calendar desktop client.

Use this option if you want notification of new, modified or deleted Entries on your wireless device.

Enter your mobile device's phone number and type, as well as the kind of notification that you would like to receive. You can receive wireless notification in different ways:

Generic device: Notification can be received as a text message
Nokia 6100 Series: Notification can be received as a text message, calendar note or both
Nokia 8800 Series: Notification can be received as a text message, calendar note or both
Nokia 9000 Series: Notification can be received as a text message or calendar note
Nokia 9200 Series: Notification can be received as a text message, calendar note or both

Note: You can only receive mobile device reminders if you have selected to receive calendar notes. You cannot get them for text messages.

Choose if you would like to enable your mobile device's alarms. You can also enter the phone number of your preferred service center.

Configuring wireless services:

Enable wireless services: Select this checkbox if you would like to receive wireless messages from the calendar server or make information requests from your wireless device. NOTE: You cannot use any of the following options unless this box is selected.

Hold reminders and notifications: You will not receive reminders and notifications while this checkbox is selected. They will be held until you uncheck the box. Reminders and notifications for upcoming events will be sent to you, while reminders and notifications for events that have already passed will be erased. You can still make information requests from your mobile device while this box is selected.

Deliver reminders and notifications: You can specify a daily time range during which you would like to receive your reminders and notifications. If you do not specify a time range, you will receive messages 24 hours a day. You can still make information requests from your mobile device while this box is selected.

Hold reminders and notifications outside this period: If you select this checkbox, reminders and notifications generated outside of your chosen delivery period will be held for you. You will receive them during your next daily delivery period. If you do not select this box, reminders and notifications generated outside of your chosen delivery period will be erased. You can still make information requests from your mobile device while this box is selected.

Automatically notify when Entries are created, modified or deleted: If you select this checkbox, you will be notified by wireless message whenever an event to which you are invited is created, modified or deleted.
