Renaming and saving a print layout

(Agenda View | File | Print | Options | Rename)

Create or edit a print layout. To save a layout under a new name, enter it in the dialog. This name then appears in the pull-down menu of the Layout section of the Print dialog box (File | Print).

After you have customized a particular layout format, such as the Franklin Day Planner Classic, the Day-Timer Junior Pocket, or any of the other formats your Agenda allows you to print, you may want to save your set-up. This way you can use exactly the same settings the next time you print out your Agenda pages.

  1. To save the layout you have created or modified, click OK.
  2. Enter a name for the layout you have created. This name will appear in the list of layouts offered in the Print dialog box.
If you click OK after making modifications to the layout, your changes will be saved under the layout's original name.
