Associating an attachment with an application

If you are viewing a Meeting or Task with a file attachment and you wish to open it:

Double-click the file icon. If your computer contains the software necessary to run the file, it opens. Otherwise, you must associate the file with an application capable of reading it. Any future files you view with the same extension will be opened with the application you choose.
