Library Privileges for Spouses and Dependents

Spouses and dependents of MIT students, faculty, and staff are
entitled to use the libraries.  To borrow books, they must
register at any of the MIT Libraries circulation desks.  Some form of
ID is required for registration; circulation staff may require
additional verification as appropriate.  Cards are
valid in all the libraries.  No card or ID is needed to read in the
library. The Libraries cannot offer Interlibrary Borrowing service to
these users.
