It isn't numbered so you can select the appropriate encounter or randomize it yourself. Mark doesn't exist and after awhile she'll consider anybody helping her to be her captors and try to escape, even later on she might see others as her saviors and be willing to reward them. A simply insane young woman living off of the kindness of people. THE RAGGAH TRIBES - The Raggah live on some islands west of tabolport. These islands have no safe harbors and are generally avoided by seamen due to the residence of dragons in their higher elevations. But people live on these islands: the Raggah. They live on plants and killing the many varities of fish, birds, and mammals on the islands. It is rumored that they have some natural brotherhood to dragons, but beyond their dark skin color, no evidence of this connection exists. The deepships are ancient creations, and it is a mystery how the Raggah gain access to them, but every hundred years or so, one appears and breaks up on the reef outside of tabolport. The relative infrequency of their appearence has stopped all but the most diligent and long-lived from attempting to prepare for them and keep them from sinking their ancient ship. Usually a few survive the sinking of the ship and they are brought to the city where sages and wizards study them (no one else wants to deal with them, so after the usual hub-bub, they are quietly secreted away).
