Anders Bragfeld - Court Officer under Baron Anthas Raconi. He is the official
	scribe of the City Records, quite an influential position. But Anders
	is not a forceful or strong man. He is good friends with Anthas and
	fears Lin Mortaine quite a bit, so he has never really tried to 
	parlay his position into a power base. (Anthas chose him for just
	this reason. He didn't want to have to worry about someone else's
	version of HIS history).
	Anders is tall but very thin, having suffered from the Copper Sickness
	in his youth. He lives in the Baron's house and attends Cathedral
	services very regularly. His only vice is his clothes. He spends
	large sums on new garments at least every Thursday. He only feels
	comfotable when alone with Anthas or his private tailor. He will
	always be seen in the epitome of fashion. There are ladies of the
	court who wouldn't mind receiving his courtship, but he hasn'
	pursued any of them yet. (why?). 
	His face is thin and angular with no facial hair. His eyes are milky
	blue, giving him an almost dreamy look of sleepiness. His hair is
	cut off about an inch above his shoulders, but is full and well-
	groomed, clashing slightly with the rest of his body which looks
	underfed.
