Located in the merchant's district.  Borwin Brothers only outside
marking is the eight foot tall red & white stripped pole standing by
the doorway.  The shop is run by Theodore and Frederick Borwin who
have been in business for 22 years.  Theodore is a couple of years
older than his brother and both are of medium height and build
with slightly graying hair which is always neatly trimmed.  The 
Borwin brothers offer fairly priced shaves and haircuts.  The
shop has a large window which looks out onto the street.  The
shop always seems to have one or two people waiting.  As is
typical of barber shops, talk is usually non-stop and many stories
of topical interest can be heard here.  The Borwin brother's themselves
are very knowledgeable of all the local gossip and rumors that they
glean in their day's work.  They will not sell this information (out
of respect for their customers and a feeling that anyone wanting to
pay for "common" knowledge must be something less than honest)
but if it is brought up in normal conversation during normal business
they will easily discuss it since it would not be out of the norm
(if gone about properly).
