Instructions:

For postps and postps10, there are now files (".psfonts" and
".ps10fonts" respectively) that indicates what screen fonts to use
with which PostScript fonts. The first line of the file is of the
format:

	number_of_points	number

where number_of_points is just an identifier that should not be changed
number is the number of fonts that will be used

The format for the rest of the file is:

	/PostScript-font fontsize fontfilename

where PostScript-font is the name of the font in your PostScript file
fontsize is the size of the font in your PostScript file
and fontfilename is the name of the screen font to be used.

The screen fonts can be found in:

	/usr/new/lib/X/font for X10
or /mit/StaffTools/lib/X11/font for X11

There is a maximum of 50 possible fonts. For efficiency, I recommend
you use the minimum number you can instead of the maximum. Note that
the first font is the default font; ie, the one to be used by the
previewer in error situations. It is important to change the first
line of the file to reflect the number of fonts you have.

Note that THERE ARE NOT SCREEN FONTS FOR ALL OF THE POSTSCRIPT FONTS. You
will have to make your own substitutions if you use NewCenturySchoolbook.
You will have to make a substitution if you use 11 point anything.

There are a default set of bindings if the postps.font cannot be opened.
This is the same default set as appears in the postps.font on orpheus:
~ackerman.
