If the subject line doesn't match the item you want to comment on, click
on Cancel, click once on the item you want to comment on, and select
"Send Comment" again.  This is important because you may be looking at
items from many different sources.  If you select the wrong item, you
may send mail to someone who has no control over the item you want to
comment on.

Be sure to hit Return or Enter before you get to the end of each line.

Feel free to add a cc: line or change the subject line, but don't remove
the blank line below it.

As you suggest improvements, keep in mind that most providers aren't
getting paid to make their information available to you.  Be nice.
