The 4.2 file oper.t is archived in the 4.2 doc tree (/ibm/acis/usr/doc/42a_ca).
The 4.2 file install.t is archived in the 4.2 doc tree.

Neither file exists in 4.3.

They have been replaced by 01.setup, which combines the 4.2 articles
install and oper.

6/1/87:

Per DE, removed the directory 02.oper, renamed the directory 03.config
to 02.config, and created the directory 03.apc.
