DESCRIPTION

	The Slider widget provides an object which the user can use to set a numeric 
	value visually (by dragging the box to the desired value along the slider bar).

	The Slider consists of two Anchors, a bar, and a drag box.  It can
	have either a vertical or a horizontal orientation.
