The "Makefile" in this version of the tcpdump-2.0 release has been
modified so as to work on a vanilla Ultrix system.  If you want the
original LBL Makefile, it's been moved to Makefile.LBL.

The "mkdep" script isn't part of vanilla Ultrix, so I've included it
here.
