\bold{section} is said to be supported, but when I pass section from ATK to 
RTF and back, it comes back as the presentation attributes, not as section. 
 This may be required, but was not my understanding of the operation of the 
program.


I have seen the program get confused about style nesting.  I've seen large 
blocks of left indent prematurely terminated at the end of a bold style within 
a left-indent block.


The author seems to failed to understand the ATK line wrapping function.  I've 
seen missing and superfluous newlines in translated files.
