STORM IS HEADED FOR TEXAS:
   A shower-producing storm will develop over the Texas panhandle 
Tuesday. Showers and mountain snow will dampen the Pacific 
Northwest and northern Rockies. Possible thunderstorms may rumble 
through the regions. Sunshine will prevail throughout the 
Southeast.
