The communications consultant assists customers in explaining services and routing installation requests and problem reports. This role exists at the help desk layer and may also be incorporated into other applicable service and support groups.

Strong competencies include:

  • knowledge of current and legacy applications
  • technical communications
  • troubleshooting and debugging
  • meeting customer needs
