<p><b>Support Tool Window</b></p>
The Zend Support Tool is a tool for gathering information about user configurations and setup. This tool is a means for providing the Zend Support Team with information to solve problems in a more comprehensive and efficient way.<br><br>

The type of information collected is as follows:

<li>php.ini (content and location)</li>
<li>httpd.conf (content and location)</li>
<li>Results of phpinfo() on the server</li>
<li>Output of 'df'</li>
<li>Output of 'uname -a'</li>
<li>All of the various logs our products generate (installation log, etc.)</li>
<li>Output of 'ls -lR of /usr/local/Zend' (or whatever the install_dir is)</li>
</ul>

Use the support tool wizard to create, gather and send information regarding your Server's configuration and setup.<br>
The information collected by the Support Tool can be stored and distributed in several ways.<br>
The information can be distributed by e-mail, to an archive file or issued as a support ticket.<br>
