Dear SAP users,<br>
<br>
The sole topic for the February SAP User Group meeting will be the SAP
4.6 Upgrade. That upgrade, which got underway last Thursday night, was
just completed after some very valuable early morning testing by members
of the MIT Community. The February SAP User Group meeting will be held
this Thursday (2/1) from 2-3:30pm in E25-111. You can locate E25 on the
campus map at:
<a href="http://whereis.mit.edu/bin/map?locate=bldg_e25" eudora="autourl"><font color="#0000FF"><u>http://whereis.mit.edu/bin/map?locate=bldg_e25</a><br>
<br>
</font></u><font color="#000000">This week's meeting will be an open
question and answer session. Come prepared to tell us about anything
that's on your mind regarding the upgrade. We will have knowledgeable
representatives of CAO, IS and FSS present to respond. Tell us about your
issues and concerns, if you have any. Alternatively, tell us all about
what you like most in the new version 4.6. <br>
<br>
User group meetings are open to any MIT staff, faculty, or students using
SAP. If you have any questions about this meeting or the user group,
please contact me at 8-6220.<br>
<br>
If you would like additional information on the use of SAP at MIT and
reports from past SAP user group meetings, please see the Financial
Systems Update newsletter at
