I want to thank all of you for yesterday's celebration. It was quite
the pleasant surprise!

From time to time people ask me why I still work here.  The
presumption being that I "could do better" working in industry. Well,
yesterday was one of the answers. The sense of caring and community is
very strong here, and that is worth a lot!
