Dear Instructors:

You recently received a notice from the Accounting Dept. of Key3Media Events.

All you need to do is to fill out the section on Certification, meaning how you
report your taxes, as an individual or as a business, and provide either your
Social Security number or the Federal Employer Identification number, together
with your signature at the bottom of this notice.

Of course this only concerns our domestic instructors.

Should you have misplaced this document we will put an extra copy for you in the
instructor folder for you to sign and return to us onsite.
