WinZephyr 1.0 will resolve a security issue with the previous beta version. The previous WinZephyr version allowed for a user to be able to subscribe to, and receive, another user's Zephyrs. An upgrade will be made to the Zephyr server on April 1, which will cause the previous WinZephyr version to fail. Please download the current beta from the link below. Please note that a customized installer should be ready very soon. We will notify you when it is ready, if you wish to wait. The URL will be the same. https://web.mit.edu/swrt/winzephyr/installer A list of current windows Zephyr users has been generated, through an analysis of the poorly authenticated connections to the Zephyr servers, due to the bug in the WinZephyr client. Those users have been added to a winzephyr-test mailing list. Permissions for the installer directory have been set to include winzephyr-test.
