In yesterday's Globe Handyman column someone wrote into ask how to
prevent wasps from building another nest between her windows and the
storm windows. The Handyman suggested duct tape. He also mentioned a
brand of storm windows that have a tight seal.

So I guess a difference between cheap storm windows and exprensive
storm windows is how resistant they are to wasps (and weather).
