Subject: [lwlan-user]: Linksys WAP11 dropping ARP responses in WEP mode?

Dudes,

I have an AddTron PrismII card running the 0.1.7 release of
wlan-ng under Linux 2.2, trying to connect through a Linksys
WAP11 gateway.

This works fine in unencrypted mode. However, when I try to
run WEP (40 bit, the Linksys packaging lies shamelessly when
it says it does 128 bit), some packets get through - for
example, I can get a DHCP lease - but I can't ping out.

Running ethereal, I found out that ARP responses were never
making it to my laptop. With the driver in maximum debug
mode, I don't see any "rx" interrupts etc.

Anyone seen this problem before?

Thanks,
Curtis
