Ok, so I spoke to Dan Chak, one of the ILG Network contacts for TDC. 
username is chak -- he's on the ht-tdc-acl list as well.  He's 
removed mercenary from the network, and I've told him to keep the 
machine off the network until he's contacted about it.  Phone number 
is 494-8300, and he's x625.

Don't know if any other info is necessary.  Let me know if you need 
me to do anything.
