I was simply going to generate another kernel which would both be on
the bindist and used to generate the ide_cdboot.flp image.  I'll hack
sysinstall in some way so that it knows to link /kernel to
/kernel.IDECDGENERIC instead of /kernel.GENERIC in the ide_cdboot.flp
case.
