Subject: new sgi xlogin software

You might like to test some new xlogin software on opus.

Interesting features: you get removed from the password file when you
log out assuming you were added when you logged in, and ^P now works.
None of the "prelogin" stuff that doesn't already work has been added
to this. (Oh, the machine will display "8.0" as the version number in
the xlogin window, but this will be mostly a lie.)

I'm just trying to get this somewhat tested before it goes out with
8.0 for real testing, because it's completely new code. It doesn't
have all of the weird error trapping it should have yet, but so far I
haven't heard of any problems (on my machine, the zone machine, and
mbarker's machine).

To install, read and run ~cfields/newlogin as root, then reboot (don't
logout first, you'll probably get into trouble).

To get rid of it, you can either hack the script to make it attach
older packs and run it again, or use track...
