I have encountered the error:  No profile file open
when the krb5.conf file was in the wrong directory or
did not have the proper permissions.  The osconf.h
file in ./include/krb5 defines
DEFAULT_PROFILE_FILENAME which is the path and
filename for krb5.conf.
