I am working on a free DHCP server.   Unfortunately, I'm a bit (well,
maybe waaaay) behind schedule, but the project that's made my schedule
slip is due to be delivered this week, and I'm actually nearly done
with the DHCP server alpha release, so I'm planning to release it some
time in December.   The initial release will only be for the
adventurous, but once it's been tried in the field a bit, it'll
probably be helpful to you.

announcement mailing list, send some mail to dhcpd-request@fugue.com.
