If you have a Plug&Play BIOS, the SB16 should just work.  If not, then
you may have to boot DOS, configure the card, then warm boot into
NetBSD.  Yuck, I know.

A while ago I took a stab at some Plug&Play init code.  Right now all
it does is send the initiation key and isolate cards.  I don't expect
that I'll ever be able to finish it and make it work properly unless
cgd's New World Order ISA code is incorporated into the main tree,
though (HINT, HINT).  Plug&Play needs to know what I/O ports, etc.,
are used in order to do its job.
